Online Retail Marketing Expert

Work at home part time or full time - $25 per hr.

Are you an internet marketing guru wanting to work from home? You may have found the perfect job.

We are a boutique eCommerce retail company selling baby and kid’s products, with several virtual offices. We’re looking for an upbeat online marketing manager with prior experience to run our marketing operations. Experience with planning and executing online website promotions, SEO fundamentals, affiliate marketing, email marketing, customer targeting and web 2.0 strategies is ideal.

What we are looking for:

v Create and direct website promotion designs to increase the company brand in a manner that raises the cool factor - driving traffic and increasing conversion rates.

v Ability to create, maintain, and grow website content and design to an industry-leading standard is a priority.

v Create and manage the onsite promotions marketing calendar and driving the creating and implementation of online campaigns.

v Lead email marketing campaigns, targeted by demographics, to drive upsells and referrals from the existing customer database.

v Manage the marketing strategy for all current and future sites.

v Develop and manage revenue growth via web affiliate channels

v Develop and manage Web 2.0 strategy, increasing penetration into viral marketing networks

The ideal candidate will have:

v Proven experience driving demonstrable improvement in web traffic and sales.

v Proven experience driving revenue growth and positive ROI via web affiliates

v Proven ability to demonstrate significant ROI on e-marketing campaigns.

v Minimum 3 to 5 years experience directly managing to results for B-to-C ecommerce sites.

v Jedi mastery of SEO, web site analytics, online advertising campaigns.

v Web design and graphic design skills are highly desirable in this position. Experience using Macromedia DreamWeaver, knowledge of HTML, DHTML, javascript desirable.
